Moleculaire diagnostiek
Standaard bij diagnose:
- UBA1 mutatie
Op indicatie bij diagnose, bij verdenking MDS:
- Uitgebreide myeloïde NGS panel. Zie moleculaire diagnostiek bij MDS voor specificatie. De UBA1 mutatie maakt deel uit van dit panel
Vervolgen UBA1 mutatie tijdens behandeling / follow up:
- Bij responsevaluaties
- Bij behandeling met azacitidine: elke 3 maanden
- Bij behandeling met enkel anti-inflammatoire middelen: op indicatie
Cytogenetica
Standaard, testen afhankelijk van verdenking MDS of MM. Zie cytogenetica bij MDS en cytogenetica bij MM.
Pathologie
Standaard op cristabiopt:
- Uitsluiten MM en MDS
